Caraflex cabbage, watermelon radish, carrot slaw with makrut lime and yuzu.

1 Caraflex cabbage, chopped

1 julienned watermelon radish

1/2 julienned carrot

juice from one makrut lime and 1 yuzu

sprinkle with kosher salt and sugar

add a little white vinegar and a teaspoon of cider vinegar
